GENERAL INFORMATION
DRIVER’S LICENCE:
The driver must hold a valid driving licence for at least one year. Minimum age required: 21 years old.
PAYMENT:
The estimated rental cost is payable at the start of the rental period. A final adjustment will be made upon return of the vehicle.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:
Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
INSURANCE:
All vehicles are covered by a Comprehensive Insurance Policy.
However, the hirer is responsible for an excess of Rs 15,000 in the event of an accident if found at fault.
LOSS OF EQUIPMENT:
Damage to or loss of equipment, tyres, or personal belongings is not covered by the insurance.
PASSENGER INSURANCE:
Yes, passengers are insured.
ACCIDENT:
Any road accident must be reported to the nearest Police Station within 2 hours.
FUEL:
Fuel is the responsibility of the customer.
